Communications expert with a breadth of experience in media relations, public relations, crisis management, internal communications and staff management.

Amit started his career in broadcast news, working as a producer, reporter and anchor in small to mid-sized markets around the country. After nearly a decade in the industry, Amit transitioned to public relations. He landed at Buck & Pulleyn in Pittsford, NY as a Senior Account Executive where he managed PR for Eastman Kodak’s Entertainment Imaging Division.

He next went to the American Heart Association where he worked for more than 12 years in various roles including Communications Director in Rochester, NY; VP of Communications for the AHA’s Northeast Affiliate; Interim EVP of Communications for the national organization.

In 2016, Amit launched R3 Communications because he passionately believes in the impact of effective communication. He works with organizations across healthcare, education and other industries, providing public relations services, strategic communications counsel, and customized trainings to senior leaders and frontline staff. Simply put, Amit can help you deliver the right message to the right audience.
